The International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts (IETM) will participate for the first time in the Escuela de Verano de La Red (from 6 to 12 June, in Almagro).
Are you a performing arts professional eager to discover the world of international collaboration? Are you thrilled to gain new practical knowledge and to master your skills? Or does someone in your team fit this description?
Then don’t miss the opportunity to learn everything that books don’t teach and take part in the IETMCampus – our first-ever summer school that will be organised in Almagro, Spain, between 6 and 12 June 2015!
In times of lack of local support for the arts, mobility comes as a remedy allowing organisations to adopt a more “over-borders” perspective. However, gaining the know-how of international collaboration takes time and experience to be learned. IETM offers you an opportunity to enrich the capacities needed for international collaborations, aiming at their inclusion on your day-to-day practices.
Who can participate?
IETM members with at least two years of professional experience in the contemporary performing arts field taking the first steps in the world of international exchange.
Who are the mentors?
Some of our most experienced members and experts from outside the network will share their knowledge of international producing, programming, presenting, and all skills entailed, and involve you in theoretical and ethical discussions on the practice of internationalisation of the arts.
